There were issues with unexpected charges upon check-in and unclear communication regarding additional fees. Some guests experienced difficulties with room sizes and amenities not meeting expectations, leading to frustration and dissatisfaction.

The breakfast here offers a great variety of options, and the location is fantastic, with easy access to public transportation.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Jamia Masjid and adjacent to the Ayyappa temple, and I appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a double room, making it a great value for the price.
